Unacceptable service from Service Manager

I would not recommend NMG Ford Claremont all because of their Service Manager by the name Francios De Beer.It is appalling to witness and experience this bad service from somebody in that position he has no management and people skills.He is always desrespecting and treating customers and staff members badly.He acts more like he is the Dealer Principal then his actual position and it looks like he runs the show as nothing gets done about his actions.Its shocking that this behaviour is being allowed and accepted by such an known global automotive and mobility company.
