The Worse Service Delivery
I've been calling Ford Claremont regarding my boss's car on *** for 6 weeks and have been leaving messages for x3 particular people who works there almost everyday of the week and I've not received one call back. They promised him a courtesy car as his Mustang has been by them for 4 weeks now but instead we had to make alternative arrangements for my boss to go about his daily business, which is Unacceptable! We will not be taking our cars back there in future and will find another Ford Dealer in Cape Town to work with. The worse service delivery ever!!!

The Worse Service Delivery
I've been calling Ford Claremont regarding my boss's car on *** for 6 weeks and have been leaving messages for x3 particular people who works there almost everyday of the week and I've not received one call back. They promised him a courtesy car as his Mustang has been by them for 4 weeks now but instead we had to make alternative arrangements for my boss to go about his daily business, which is Unacceptable! TERRIBLE SERVICE - Ford Claremont Workshop
The worst experience from a dealership workshop. After Ford Claremont had serviced my vehicle, I now have CONSTANT issues with a rattle under the vehicle. Only coming about after the service. Being in and out of the workshop the come back with different reasons BUT NEVER FIXING THE PROBLEM! To date I still have the issue and never on a report do they advise what they have done to fix the vehicle. All they advise is what they think the issue is. Extreme poor service from a brand dealership workshop. I will NEVER RECOMMEND Ford Claremont workshop to ANYONE

Chery tiggo 4 pro comfort - Gearbox issues
I bought a Chery Tiggo Pro 4 from Calvin and Prep in April 2024. In Nov 2025 the car started reporting gearbox issues and demonstrating engine light on the screen. One time I was driving on the N2 and it told me to check my gears while I was driving at 100km/h. I messaged Prep and all he did was practically run away from any accountability because they got the money moes, they now don't care about anything. The car has been at the dealership since the 24th of Nov 2025 until now and both Ford who sold me a faulty car on purpose and Chery who is struggling to fix the car are NOT taking any accountability whatsoever. I will not stop , I will keep posting everywhere and use every social media platform to report this. I am paying for a car I cannot use. Calvin doesn't even respond to my messages while Prep told me to come to the dealership so that they can explain to me how a car I bought from them faulty is not their responsibility. Imagine!!!
