The Worse Service Delivery

I've been calling Ford Claremont regarding my boss's car on *** for 6 weeks and have been leaving messages for x3 particular people who works there almost everyday of the week and I've not received one call back. They promised him a courtesy car as his Mustang has been by them for 4 weeks now but instead we had to make alternative arrangements for my boss to go about his daily business, which is Unacceptable! We will not be taking our cars back there in future and will find another Ford Dealer in Cape Town to work with. The worse service delivery ever!!!
