2 months payment delay with excuse of System Error

Its been 2 months for my daughter’s beneficiary payout not paid in time from NJMPF. The file is handled by Ivy Phungula. The reason given repeatedly is “system error,” yet my son’s funds from the same estate were paid out without issue. This inconsistency calls into question whether it is actually a system problem or not.

The lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable when beneficiaries depend on these funds

I will be escalating this to the Pension Funds Adjudicator if not resolved immediately.
