2 months payment delay with excuse of System Error
Its been 2 months for my daughter’s beneficiary payout not paid in time from NJMPF. The file is handled by Ivy Phungula. The reason given repeatedly is “system error,” yet my son’s funds from the same estate were paid out without issue. This inconsistency calls into question whether it is actually a system problem or not. The lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable when beneficiaries depend on these funds I will be escalating this to the Pension Funds Adjudicator if not resolved immediately.

The worst service ever it's a pitty we dint choose our pension funds provider I made a claim long ago.and I'm the only 1doing follow up and they keep postponing the psy out and thier landlines always has problems you can't reach them.if you did it excuses 1way
