Worse Servise ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Did a 101 Assessment on my Nissan Almera 1.6 2004 on the 6 June 2016. Recieved a quote of R68000.00 to repair all problems on my car. Agreed with Willem the service manager to repair the most inportant problems for a cost of R17200.00. Colected my car on the 10 June 2016. I was not told there is any oustanding problems and payed the R17200.00 cash. Than evening it would not go in to 2de gear and there was still an oil leak. There workshop is not open on Sareday's, so I had to wait till Monday 13 June and not have a working car till then! On taking it back Willem the servise manager inforemed me when they Replaced the speed sensior they saw one of the gears was damaged and the head still has an oil leak. Why was I not told this on Friday when collecting my car? Non the less i left my car there again, as theY would have to take the gearbox out and send it away for testing. On the 15 June I phoned Willem to hear how far they are, as they did not contact me! Only to be told by Willem they are short staffed and HAVE not evin taking out the gearbox and that he is now in overhals doing work to. IS THIS MY PROBLEM?!! Went to the branche the nest day and spoke to Marco the branch manager and was told HE wil personly make sure I Get my car back a.s.a.p. It is the 20 June 2016, no news from Willem or Marco and still no car. I thought instead of taking my Nissan to a normal repairshop I will take it to a Nissan branch for my repairs becuase I will get better service and a Guarantee on the repairs done. BIG MISTAKE!!! No sevice at all. Am i getting this service becuase my car is not a new model? Is paying R17200.00 small change for Nissan Witbank? So week 3, no car and no news!!! Will Nissan Witbank refund me the R1000. 00 I had to spend on petrol in using my son and Daughter's car, to get to work and back? Never make the same mistake I did!!! Nissan Witbank do not give service!!! They just give you a broken car back after a service and take there time in doing anything!!! They take your money and the do not have a care in the world about you!!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
