Ordered spares and paid excess fee on 28 May. Up until 10 July no one has contacted me to update on spares progress. I need to call every week to follow up, then I am told by a lady called Adonei that she is constantly busy and will have to get back to me. She never takes my details or confirms my number to call back. She NEVER even calls back - she just makes empty promises and sounds as if she is lying. When I request to speak to manager to log a complain, the manager is not available. I need the parts urgently or at least some decent, concrete feedback.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience – Finance & Head Office Failure I purchased a vehicle from Nissan Witbank on 28 April 2026, and while the sales team delivered outstanding service — with my new car handed over already on 29 April 2026 — everything that followed has been an absolute nightmare. The finance department and head office have been completely negligent and unprofessional. As part of the agreement, Nissan Witbank took over my previous vehicle and was responsible for settling the outstanding balance. To date, this settlement has still not been completed. On 27 May 2026, I was shocked to see that: My old vehicle installment was still debited from my account AND my new vehicle installment was also deducted This resulted in me paying for two vehicles, which is completely unacceptable. I reported this to the Witbank branch immediately on the morning of 27 May 2026, yet as of today, 02 June 2026: The settlement is STILL not done I have received no reimbur*****t whatsoever There has been no urgency, accountability, or proper communication Due to this gross negligence, I am now unable to meet essential financial obligations such as paying my rent, and other debit orders are failing. This situation is affecting my credit profile, which I have worked hard to maintain. This has gone far beyond an inconvenience — it has caused: Severe financial strain Ongoing stress and anxiety Significant impact on my mental health and overall wellbeing I am now in a position where I must explain to other parties why payments are bouncing and why my credit score is being negatively affected — all due to Nissan’s failure to do their job. This situation is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed in how it has been handled. Immediate action is required to: Finalize the settlement without any further delay Reimburse me in full for the incorrect debit Take responsibility for the damages caused I strongly urge anyone considering dealing with Nissan Witbank to be extremely cautious, particularly when it comes to their finance and administrative processes.
