WORST, WORST, WORST, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service is not something app**** by Nissan SA. After lots of correspondence between myself, one of their branches and Nissan SA about an amount to be refunded to me, I just received an email to confirm that I need to supply my bank details to their branch. This, after I specifically asked Nissan SA to help me get my deposit back through Nissan SA and NOT through their branch, who totally tried to rip me off. I told Nissan SA that I am not prepared to share my bank details with *********** staff members at their Nissan Milnerton branch. I gave up all hope and told Nissan SA that they can keep my deposit. I am rather losing my money. I have done enough fighting and begging with one company to sort out something very basic.

Will I EVER buy Nissan again.........hell no! Neither will I ever recommend Nissan to anyone either. Appalling, shocking service. Hope you sleep well Omphile Moseki. You did not even try to help. When a situation is just outside of the norm, it seems that nobody can think for themselves or try to help.

Dear Karen B, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Please note that all our dealerships are privately owned entities and any financial agreements or payments processed to the dealer needs to be managed as such. As confirmed Milnerton Nissan is willing to process your refund however for auditing purposes they do require your bank account confirmation. Please let us know when this will be made available to enable us to follow up on the payment. Kind Regards Nissan S.A

Dear Nissan SA, if I could not trust Milnerton Nissan to give me a correct and professional opinion on replacing a glove box, why would I trust them with my bank details. It took 3 emails for them to request what was needed for a refund to be processed and then another manager sent a very contradictory email to confirm a refund procedure. You say that for auditing purposes they need bank account confirmation, what happens from the moment they receive my bank confirmation to when they are audited? I am sorry, I do not trust anyone at that dealership. My written communication with them is enough to prove to me that they are not capable of following procedures. I take note that Milnerton Nissan is a privately owned dealership and therefor Nissan SA cannot help me. I rest my case and hereby confirm that I will rather lose my deposit than have any further contact with Milnerton Nissan or Nissan SA. I hope their auditors have more integrity than their staff.
