WORST TREATMENT BY DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE CONSULTANT

I had the worst experience ever, i bought a car from them last year, my car was used for uber so the car had a driver, we missed the first services with couple and they said is fine i can bring it at 28000 they never told me that my car is no longer under warranty, i took my car for service and Gerahd at Tygervalley told me i need to change aircon compressor (mind you he didnt give me the warrantuy option i had to bring it up ) so after i called him on monday 27/01, and i told him that my car has 118k and still under warranty, he said let me check i will get back to you i called him everyday from that day until friday 31/01 everyday he promises to check and get back to me i dont know what he was cheking becasue when i called him on friday he said i can bring the car on monday, to which he told my driver that my car is not covered, what is that he was chekcing so long that he didnt see that the car was not covered and why do i have to call him all the time to get feeback from him this tells me that he never checked anything becasue i am just a foolish client who wont take this any further, this services was bad from the consultant and the dealership decliening to assist me after i bought a car and serviced it from you all the time, you could have excersised discretion for a small mistake i made as your new client, i will never ever advise anyone to buy a nissan all my friends in the uber business and i will never in future buy any of your products and related partners.

Dear Christopher T, thank you for sharing your experience. It is important to note that all Nissan vehicles need to be service every 15 000km or 12 months whichever comes first. At Nissan we do understand that life happens and for this reason you are allowed a 1 500km or 1 month overrun provided you stick to the 15 000km or 12 month interval on your next service. The service schedule is put in place to ensure longevity of your vehicle. We understand your circumstance and will liaise with your dealership as to the delay. Kind regards Nissan SA
