worst service and worst vehicles from Nissan Umhlanga

i am writing this in deep regret of ever purchasing a Nissan Magnite especially from CMH Pinetown. i purchased my magnite brand new in 2022 and have had nothing but buyers remorse with this vehicle, since the first few months of purchasing the vehicle its started to rust. when complained about it Nissan Umhlanga refuses to repaint under warranty and wants me to use my scratch/dent policy. the brakes were and are absolutely horrific as they shuddered within 6months of normal driving and had to be replaced at 10k kms however they were of inferior quality and i have the same issue now at 34000kms with no stopping power. both front shocks and saddles are knocking/ worn just from city driving which brings me to the pathetic service from Nissan Umhlanga(gateway). i booked my car in on the 6th Aug ( made a booking 1 week in advance) for the aforementioned shock/brake issue, the service manager "ishwar' called me to fetch the 2 days later, upon fetching the vehicle 'ishwar' said that they sorted the suspension issue and awaiting approval for the brakes and wanted us to rebook once approval was sorted, i drove the car around the block and the same noise was prevalent , i immediately took it back to Nissan Gateway spoke to ishwar and he then tells me "the noise you are hearing is the left shock, that needs to be changed", i did not accept this as i booked the car for that specific reason which means Nissan gateway only washed my car for 2 days and tried to give it back to me without any work being done. its now the 17th of Aug and "ishwar" is still waiting for approval from either warranty or Maintenace plan to order new parts whilst i take the taxi to work. this is terrible service as i have to call in daily. my frustration is that this is a new vehicle with parts that should only be wearing at 100k kms and shouldn't even have rust as it is parked in a locked garage at night & not exposed to harsh elements. i regret buying a nissan .

I guess Nissan is so used to hearing complaints about their pathetic service and vehicles that they have a generic response to all complaints. It’s been a week since I received this response and to date have not heard a peep from this so called “Case Manager”
