Worse service from Nissan SA and their Magnite

I've been experiencing persistent problems with my 9-month-old Nissan. I was advised to replace the brake pads and brake pipe to eliminate abnormal sounds that were present when I purchased the car. Initially, I was told these sounds were normal for a new vehicle.

Despite my numerous calls and emails, no one has responded. Even after the service, I was informed that a wire was replaced due to its inadequate length, which was supposedly unsuitable for South African traffic conditions. Interestingly, I was told that three other customers had complained about similar issues.

I involved Nissan SA, but they have shown no interest in resolving this matter. It's disturbing to note that Nissan is aware of factory errors in their vehicles, yet they continue to sell them to customers.

After the wire replacement, new issues have arisen, including delayed acceleration after stopping, Electronic Power Steering warnings, and brake error warnings. The abnormal sounds have intensified. Unfortunately, WesBank is not taking my concerns seriously.

Could you please advise me on the next steps to take and the legal actions I can pursue?
