WHEN A CAR PURCHASE TURNS INTO A HORROR STORY
Good day
Let me just start to explain how dissatisfied I am with what was supposed to be a happy event that turned out into a total nightmare yesterday.
Firstly we waited for 1H30 to be fetched. I had an appointment to take the vehicle to the priest yesterday at 4H30. This did not happen and Motus Nissan had no respect for my cultural needs. I was told upon viewing this vehicle that they vehicle can be made ready for me on Saturday. I was then told that this was not possible. Which I accepted. I was told that it would definitely be ready on Monday. Upon arriving to your premises I was left to wait for more than 2 hours again. Missing my appointment with our priest.
Secondly – No financial person had any contact with me. The paperwork that you where supposed to send to my husband at 12H00 was not done on time resulting in him struggling to get our insurance sorted. The paperwork that you did send was not a true reflection of our deal. Which lead to total chaos and further unnecessary administration.
Thirdly – All the documents that you are requesting was sent already. Simple logic how will my vehicle finance be approved had you not received these documents. When you sent this email expecting me to action this immediately. I was already scheduled to be fetched by your driver which was a long wait. Again no logic. The interest rate was also incorrect.
Fourthly – When I took delivery of the vehicle the checks on the vehicle was simply not done as the scratches that was sent to the so called “workshop “to be sorted on Saturday the reason for us not being able to take delivery of the vehicle was simply not done.
I was even told that the vehicle will have a full tank of petrol what a joke, that too did not occur. I did not even have time to read the agreement due to the fact that your offices closed and we were still there. I just had to sign and was placed under unnecessary stress.
Paying customers do not want to listen to your internal challenges as to why so many things on the sale of this vehicle went wrong. This is a lot of money that I have spent and was the most horrible experience in car shopping I encountered in my entire life.
I hope you intervene Nissan South Africa and have these things sorted.
A simple request for my Nissan Connect Pin between Busi Nissan South Africa. She tells me I need to speak to the dealer and the sales assistant seriously why would I escalate this matter seeing that you choose to do nothing. She then tells me I am being vulgar when I raise my voice. This vehicle was purchased at the end of October 2019 to date NISSAN SA AND THE DEALER STUFFS US AROUND. I JUST NEED MY NISSAN CONNECT PIN.
Kind regards Mrs Naidoo
