Warranty Not Paying for repairs

Morning

After two months for my Nissan Qashqai was at Nissan Repairs Centres which they were busy doing tests which according to Nissan it suppose to take 7 days, Nissan came back by passing a buck on me saying the fuel I bought from Sasol was contaminated and give me quotation for R69500. First of all I buy a Diesel at Sasol I don’t test when buying it. If it was contaminated how was I supposed to know that the diesel was contaminated? The query is also logged with Sasol Customer Care which is surprising that if the diesel was contaminated how come only my car was broken after they filled more cars with diesel for that day?

This is a way Nissan is passing the buck on me because the warranty does not what to pay up for a fault that I even myself did not have control over. Nissan was doing test on the car for three weeks instead of seven days which shows that they did not find the fault that they thought it was and decided to blame it on me. I also did my own research about the fault and I found out that this not the first time Nissan is passing the passing the buck on the customer. One of the Nissan Qashqai owner had the same problem as me which the car just losses power, they claim that he was driving with his foot on the clutch. How came the same customer who made a same query as me on here on Hellopeter.com under Nissan South Africa but Nissan find different results on both queries.

I bought my car which has a warranty and a service plan. If the car brake down, it time for that warranty to do it’s job not blaming the customer for fault that I can not prove myself. I will have to take my query to Social media if I have to just for people to see what kind of a company you are.I would like to have an update on this query which is one of your weakest point on updating customer.
