Warranty Failure

Vehicle panel door has a manufacturing defect. Do not want to appoint an independent assessor and relying on dealership who I do not agree with .Rather than assisting want me to report them to Motor Industry Ombudsman. They have a don't care attitude. Car is only a year old.
