Warranty claim is not the client's problem
My vehicle has gone in for probably its third warranty claim now at Motus Nissan in Parow. I made it abundantly clear when my vehicle went in that I would need a loan car should mine be in for more than 2 days. If I had a office job no problem unfortunately my job is on the road and if I don't have my car I don't get paid. I was told I'd be called today and advised as to what is happening. This never happened, then I called and was told my vehicle and I quote "sal nog nooit vandag kla wees nie". I then requested to speak to the service manager a Mr Peter Abraham's who wasn't even interested in my plea. All I was told is I can't help you and if you have a problem call the customer care. I then did. I'm still waiting. So tell me..am I being punished for buying Nissan? That I now have to suffer my livelihood because of poor service. I did not ask for the problem to occur. I can say I will never buy Nissan again and I will advise everyone I come across not to either. Absolutely disgusting. Might I say on the two occasions before I was given a loan vehicle. Why is this time a problem??
