DO NOT BUY FROM MOSSELBAY NISSAN - They have NO care for their clients what so ever. We bought 2 Jeeps CASH from this dealership. The second vehicle was brought up to Pretoria through drivers Mosselbay Nissan recommended. After the Jeep arrived we took it for a TEST DRIVE before taking delivery as it was pre-arranged with them, that we will first test the vehicle. The Jeep overheated resulting in the head gasket to blow. We paid an amount of R324 000, trusting that the Jeep is reliable. When we contacted the Dealership, we were told that the Dealer Principal will contact us, and we waited the hole day for that call. The NEXT DAY the dealer principal contacted us and immediately started to tell us that it is not their problem. The Dealer Principal also told us that they are not willing to assist us in any way and its now our problem to sort out. It will cost us another R30 000 to fix the head gasket. Money thrown into the water after dealing with a careless useless pathetic dealership like this. Normally when you want future business you take care of your clients and the clients will always come back and give referrals. In this case they wait for the moment your money reflect into their bank account, then the kick you out the door like a wet dog. Its a shame that a business like this care so little for old clients.
