Very poor experience with Nissan magnite

I bought my new vehicle Magnite 1.OT Acenta Plus CVT and within the first six months I experienced Vehicle has ticking noise when aircon is switched on . Very abnormally I took it back to shop they did fault finding but According to them all settings were fine but the sound persisted even today. And when we checked other new cars same model didn’t have the same sound. They concluded that they will all behave like mine after being driven, it’s the manufacturer fault.

So they advised me to write the email to you guys so that you can assist me. No response and tried calling they keep on transferring me to different people till the line cuts

The sound is so loud and it’s getting worser every day . Very disturbing sound while driving

Can I please get assistance on this because I’ve been taking my car to Nissan but the ticking sound is not stopping. It was even taken for days but no luck.

I should have been told before buying this car about the sound . Poor sales
