very bad customer service

I have ordered 4 bolts and dip stick for Nissan NV350 at Nissan Port Elizabeth 2 weeks ago and I was promised I will received the order in 3 days time but its been 2 weeks now the worse part I received 3 bolts and dip stick there cant delivery 1 bolt and I been told to wait for the month for 1 bolt to be delivered? the van cant operate to generate income and I cant pay the instalment the van is still in finance at the bank. can you please assist urgent please.
