Vehicle st********** by Star Nissan Vereeniging

Good morning <br> <br> I bought a car in 2013 and I only drove the car for seven days then it stop on the road on the 17/06/2015 then I reported the matter from the garage I bought the car from they say I must take the car to the nearest Nissan workshop for them to diagnosed the car and tel us what is the problem with the car, it was was showing electronic malfunction on the dash board, I tow the car to Star Nissan vereeniging they diagnosed the car they say its a diesel sensor to fix it will cost R6 500.00 the garage where I bought the car gave Star Nissan a go ahead to fix the problem they will pay. Star Nissan instead of fixing the car the came back after two week saying the car is fixed they need R56 000.00 before releasing the car, they say contaminated diesel was used I took the matter to the Motor industry South Africa for the to resolve the matter. The matter was ruled in my favour by Lucious Bodibe I won the case, I went to Star Nissan Vereeniging only to find that my car was never fixed but stripped to pieces, when I ask Matthew he said the car was the for a long time he stripped the car to fix other cars which where there for service which need parts.
