Useless Nissan South Africa
<p>bought new qashqai April 2015 September started having issues with brakes Nissan had my car for 4 months to try and solve issue Brakes keep grinding on hills and normal driving. Dean came and tested my car with another similar vehicle on numerous occasions on my driveway. He has a comprehensive report. The final passage reads Vehicle is operating within Nissan SAs specifications.</p> <p> </p> <p>imagine my surprise when I see another complaint lodged by a user on Hello Peter in Jan 2017 and Nissan claim they need to investigate. U r a bunch of ****** and *****. U know about the issue and can't fix it. U continue to sell an unsafe product and couldn't care less about the safety of your customers. </p> <p>I have subsequently returned my vehicle and insisted on a buy back price I was happy with which was well</p> <p>above what dealership offered. Thankfully my dealer knew what I went through and accepted my price. </p> <p>Nissan SA have blocked me on Twitter as a result of my negative tweets about the qashqai. You will suffer in sales bec I don't recommend the qashqai to anyone </p>
Nissan SA contacted me today (May 17th) but they still don't care about customer safety. They refuse to acknowledge they have a faulty product. They only too happy I no longer have the Qashqai to continue making a noise.
to other Qashqai CVT owners, be warned about the brakes and the no care attitude from Nissan SA. YOU MIGHT ALSO want to look at your body panels. My vehicle was basically stripped to pieces bec the boot and bonnet were not aligned properly. The panelbeater had to come in and then thE fenders had to be removed as the bonnet sat over the side. My vehicle was never in an accident. All issues were from a brand new car. This was the last straw for me and I retuned the car and am in an xtrail now.
