Unsettled amount

I traded in a car at nissan NTT bloemfontein end of June and took delivery of new car 4th of July. Nissan NTT told me my first debit order for new car will be end of August. And that the car I was trading in is settled. End of July the bank debited me for the car that was supposed to be settled and told me nissan NTT has not settled the car. After I phoned them a couple of times eventually the account was settled. Nissan NTT does not want to pay me back the money deducted from my account. I paid deposit of R90k so the settlement can be efected but didn't happen.
