Unnacceptable service in repairing a waranty issue

If you have ever thought of purchasing a Nissan vehicle due to their promising warranty and service, PLEASE THINK AGIAN. I bought a Nissan NP200 with ****m's from Nissan Silverton. The vehicle then overheated at 5000km's. Silverton repaired it however never logged the fault. At about 15000km's while on holiday in Fouriesburg, the vehicle did it again (damage from first instance), this time without any warning lights. I contacted roadside assist who wanted to tow the vehicle to Welkom, a further 200km from Pta, why?? We then took it upon ourselves to get the vehicle to Bethlehem Nissan where after assist only provided us with a rental car the next day-leaving it to us to arrange to get back to our guesthouse 50km away the same day?? Now over three weeks later with false promises of call backs and with NO regular updates, I am still left without a vehicle and out of pocket as a result of making my own transport arrangements! There's no commitment from Nissan SA or the dealership as to when I will get it back! Unacceptable! I had no other choice but to log this complaint! Hopefully this could save some other first time buyer the frustration of dealing with such a poor service provider!
