Unbelievable problem with a delivery by Nissan

I bought a rim at Nissan Milnerton. The is still not arrived. They **** to me saying the rim was arriving soon but they lost it so they bought an other one from overseas without warning me about the delay. They still don't know when the rim will arrived, it could take 3 days to 3 months. They refuse to refund me about the spending I did but without explaining neither apologizing. I have to sell my car but because of them I still can't and I am leaving in two weeks. They don't follow my case, I have to repeat my problem each time I am calling them. Unbelievable !! Never buy a Nissan car!!
