Unacceptable time management

I bpught a Nissan Magnite 2021, I gave it in for repairs my Gearbox (auto) was giving problems and my Eco mode was malfunctioning. The car gave me 9km on a liter. Still under warranty. Still waiting for my car, monday will be 4 weeks with no feedback from warranty head offices. Totally unacceptable.
