Two weeks old Nissa NP200 fails gears

I only received a loaned car on the 07th of April 2015 by then I still had not received any report as to what the problem was.
I requested that I be given a new car as I cannot accept a car that broke while still new two weeks old. My wife spoke to Nissan CMH Sandton and the sales manager called Johan said why would they give us a new car because the car has got warranty this is the same response I had from Nissan south Africa when I spoke to Karika Duplessis.
I further told the CMH Sandto
