They cannot fix their own vehicle
Snr.Customer Manager plz assist: my vehicle was involved in an accident and it is fixed at the dent shop. the warning light for air-bags is in on, now Nissan seems to be struggling with switching it off. On Tuesday the 04/08/15 my car was sent to Nissan and they promise that it will be done within a day, I live and work in Queenstown I therefore drove to PE on Fri the 07/08/15 with a courtesy car from Dennis Edwards which I'm great-full for. but when I got to PE I call the dent shop and I was told that Nissan gave them no word as they were still struggling. I wasted money, time to drive to PEand still no update from them. The car is brand new and I am sadden that Nissan cannot fix their own vehicle. I drive a Nissan X-trail which Nissan is still advertising but who are we fooling? The dent shop will charge me km's driven for the usage of this car, is Nissan going to pay them?

I had so much faith in your brand now I am very doubting that and very disappointed and also looking at all these queries on your page it makes me wonder

Thank you
Thank you for taking the time to make Nissan S.A aware of the matter and we take note of the content.
We sincerely apologise for the service received to date and delay related to your Nissan vehicle and want to assure you that we value you as a Nissan Customer and Owner.
As discussed with Kenneth Makatu from our customer Support Department, Nissan Eastern Cape is currently busy finalising the repairs on your Nissan vehicle and should be completed by close of business today.
Our office will continue monitor to make sure that your Nissan vehicle has been repaired fully and delivered back to the panel beater involved.
