THE WORST EVER

Good day, I am writing this email with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the vehicle I purchased from Nissan. The car is barely 1.8 months old, yet it has been plagued with one issue after another, which is completely unacceptable for a new vehicle. First incident: The car failed to start due to a brake pedal issue. Second incident: Water mixed with oil in the engine. I was wrongly accused of causing the issue myself. Although the vehicle was eventually repaired, I was not provided with a clear or conclusive report explaining what had gone wrong, despite numerous follow-ups. Third incident: Battery problems. I had to call multiple times for assistance with jump-starting the car. Now I’m being told that I tampered with the cables myself, which is both insulting and illogical—why would I attempt to fix something myself when the car is still under warranty? To make matters worse, the manager at Mark White Nissan was extremely rude and even raised his voice at me. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and unacceptable. Is this truly the standard of service Nissan offers its customers? I am appalled that instead of receiving support, I am being blamed for faults in a vehicle that is practically brand new. How can I be expected to carry out my work responsibilities without a reliable car, especially when my job requires constant mobility? I had a service appointment scheduled for Tuesday, 14 October, but the car wouldn’t start. I tried calling the 24/7 emergency line, which went straight to voicemail the entire morning. Even the dealership couldn’t get through. The appointment had to be postponed to Friday, further disrupting my schedule. I work for a large company where exceptional service is a core value. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that Nissan has provided the worst service I’ve encountered. What about the costs I’ve incurred trying to secure a courtesy car? How am I expected to function without a vehicle while this matter is being “investigated” for over a week? At this point, I no longer feel any joy or confidence in this car. I urge you to resolve this matter urgently and conduct a full inspection of the vehicle. I fear this won’t be the last email I write about this car, and that is incredibly disheartening. I am extremely disappointed. Kind regards, Koketjo
