Terrible service from Parts, Nissan Stellenbosch

I have just had such terrible service from Nissan Stellenbosch. They can't even get the basics right - no one answers the phone, we paid in advance for a product that never arrived, get a different story every we do finally manage to speak to someone, No one phones back when they say they will. Mohammed in Parts - here's looking at you. Very disappointing.
