Terrible service

On Monday, 06 May 2025 I took my NIssan Magnite Red Edition bought brand new in February 2023 to Nissan Melrose Arch to check my brakes. Since I bought the car in 2023 I have been complaining about noisy brakes. In November 2024 I had the vehicle at Nissan Melrose Arch for its 20,000 km service and specifically asked them to check my brakes for me. At the time they advised my brakes are in order. Now at 28,500 kms my brakes were s****ing and on Monday 05 May was advised they metal to metal and unsafe to drive.

Also, on Monday 05 May I phoned Nissan customer care and explained everything to Nolwazi who said she will contact the branch and advise. To date no further communication received. Is this the service Nissan gives it clients? If I receive no joy, I will publicise this over social media as a warning to potential Nissan buyers.

I have the following points: Why is there no brakes sensor on the onboard computer Why at the 20,000 service, less than 6-months ago, was I not recommended to replace the brakes or at least check back in at 25,000 km to check the brakes Why is the labour not covered under my service plan. I could pay for the parts but why should I pay for labour on an extended service plan How do the brakes wear down so quickly as average life-span of brakes is 50,000 + km Also the right brake has more wear than the left Based on the above I do not feel confident in the safety of my vehicle and furthermore I am appalled by the lack of support and after sales service received.
