Terrible Customer service with no feedback or movement on warranty covered car issue

I bought a Nissan Magnite in 2023 August.

Early this year around the 7th of January 2025, my car's clutch pedal decided to stop functioning and eventually rise back up slowly. Driving the car was a risk so i immediately called Nissan to come tow the car.

I was informed after a case was created that the issue with the car is a warranty issue. Rightfully so.

I was then later informed that the warranty division of the entire national department would resume to work on the 13th of January 2025.

After waiting i stated making follow-ups with both Nissan Hatfield and Nissan SA. Hatfield informed that National has still not processed my claim and therefore i need to keep waiting. Not even a courteousy car can be given at this stage pending the approval of the warranty claim.

I spoke to another consultant at national who then informed (after numerous calls to the customer care division, my call would then be hung up 30+ minutes holding for Betty) me that Betty is supposed to, in the interim, approve the issuing of a courteousy car.

The assigned service consultant is constantly disconnecting calls, I have called about 5 times since monday, at each end holding for noting less than 30 minutes.

I have sent emails to the provided email of *** with no response but for my initial complaint where a case number was assigned.

They do not update you at all!

Then later i am informed that its the batter that is leaking onto the clutch cable. How does a brand new car's battery leak. The service consultant i asked to update me since Betty is unreachable further informs me that i am expected to cover 50% of the battery replacement costs as the car is in it's second year?? How is it my liability if the car is under warranty and how does a battery leakage become an issue of the driver when it is clearly a manufacturing issue.

The entire process is frustrating, i mean one buys a brand new car to avoid premature troubles but you're still found in the same position. I am very appalled by the service, and a very disgruntled customer.
