Terrible after service Atlantis Nissan Centurion

I booked my car in for a service at Nissan Atlantis in Centurion. I paid +-R4000 for the service. On receiving the vehicle my wife heard a noise in the car. When I drove the car the sound was coming from turning the steering.

The noise only appeared after the service. Few days later my wife phoned Nissan to advise them of the issue. I took the car in and the service agent informed that it was the upper shock bearing that will cost me another R4170.

This is really unacceptable as I had no issue with this until taking the car for the service. I spoke to service manager and does not want to take any responsibility for this.

This is not the first time I am encountering an issue at Atlantis Nissan, after my last service my heater stopped working. When I took it back to Nissan they informed that they forgot to plug in something.

I am really disappointing with the service I’m receiving from Nissan.
