Technical challenges

My 2023 Nissan Magnite Ez-shift is full year old now. About 6 months back I started experiencing technical challenges with my car.

1) When Im starting the car, it will keep saying I should press break and /or put or Neutral while all these are done and won't start until it decide otherwise. 2) when I'm driving and decided to reverse it will just not move and keep saying I should press breaks. 3)Or I'm reversing and change to forward/drive same problem as no 2 will happen.
