Stunning vehicles - No parts

I had an accident on the 7th of January 2017 where my 2016 Nissan Juke's right drive shaft broke. Parts were ordered from Nissan on the 27th of January, and yesterday the 9th of February we recieved an email from Nissan Menlyn that the part is on back order and only will be arriving on the 20th of February (Note ETA not deffinate). In the meantime I am renting a vehicle for R3750 p/week and Nissan is just pulling up their shoulders as this part is no-where to be found in South Africa. Should you not inform your customers when buying a new vehicle from Nissan that parts will not be availble if needed. No, you won't because then no-one will be buying a Nissan vehicle.

I am deeply dissapointed.... You took my money when I bought the car, and now.... ????

Terrible Nissan!!! I will never buy another Nissan... that is my promise to you.
