Strongly advise NOT to BUY Nissan before you know about this!
Bought a Nissan Magnite with 5000km on the clock. They decided not to tell me about the brakes that make a terrible noise, like metal on metal, when the brakes "warm up" they said afterwards. They know about the problem, they said. They should have told me before I bought the car, they said. IF I had know about this I would never have bought the car. Then at the first service they charged me for new brake pads, after 10k KM's???? Said it was because of the way the car is driven??? VERY DISAPPOINTED.

11 Jul 2024, 14:41Well I have not heard from a case manager as yet and it's almost two weeks later. Your head office rep**** to a mail from me saying that would get back to me but nothing yet. Absolutely shocking service and attitude. NEVER again will I buy Nissan.
