****** battery

I took my car for service and the car could not start properly while at the dealership. The mechanics looked at the car and said it was fine. Unfortunately the car radio was no more working properly. After few days I called the dealership to inform them about the car radio which was not working properly. I was requested to bring the car back and while waiting for the day for returning the car, I discovered that the car battery has been swapped. The battery fitted was small and the bracket was broken. The principal dealer watched video footage when my car was serviced and saw that the battery was black and the battery in the car was white. He concluded that I stole my own battery. Nissan customer service consultants said they cannot help me because the dealership is owned privately.
