Still waiting

We went to Nissan almost 2 weeks ago to trade in Navara on 2 other cars. Since our settlement is still a bit high this is a tricky deal. The problem is that every time we went there they had different stories. We never knew who to contact because one day they said this person is helping us, the next day it is someone else en then again the day after that someone else! They always said by a certain time they would let us know, but never did! We had to go in to the dealership everyday to find out what's going on since we could never reach them by phone and they never rep**** to messages we left with the secretary. Pieter also said he will phone and let us know about a deal by 25 February, but yet again we have not heard anything from him and it is already 29 February! Everywhere we go, we will tell everybody we see about the absolutely poor service that you get from Nissan!!!
