Stil waiting on nissan

So i reported my problem with nissan regarding my car. Was told someone would come back to me. Stil waiting. Spoke to a lady last year regarding my problem. But to be honest she had no clue what was going on So how can someone like that help me. I want to speak to someone with knowledge of my problem. And that can help me and sort this out. Otherwise i wil take this matter further because the service and knowledge about there own cars is a joke
