STAY AWAY FROM NISSAN AND LIQUID CAPITAL

I had to have my clutch fixed on my Qashqai at 42000 km's. We were given the run around, the clutch broke whilst we were on our way to Ballito. We drove the car to Nissan Ballito who showed us away because they never had anyone to look at our vehicle that was already having clutch failure. They made us drive the car in that condition to Nissan Umhlanga. After much anxiety and frustration and fighting between Nissan and Liquid Capital on who needs to pay for the damage they removed the clutch. Note: we were on vacation and stranded they didn't even try to arrange for alternative transport. Someone mad a call at CMH Umhlanga to skim the Flywheel instead of replacing it, when I spoke to the Service Advisor Ishwar I asked him why they only skimming the flywheel and not replacing it they said they weren't given approval to replace. I then said that they are taking the easy/cheap way out and that this car would be back again.

Now at 79 ****m's guess what the clutch is failing again! this car has a dual mass flywheel which is not supposed to be skimmed in the first place. I had to tell the dealerships all these things as they are too useless to get hold of the people at CMH in Umhlanga that made the call the last time. My car has been standing at the Nissan East Rand dealership for 6 days, and the same old nonsense again where nobody can give answers at to what the outcome is, whether warranty or Maintenance or Customer have to pay for the damage. I am stranded again without Transport and again Liquid Capital and Nissan SA are speaking different stories. I don't know why this has still not been concluded because if they didn't skim the flywheel in the first place, this could have been prevented seems like they just want to turn this to customer fault and I will not pay for the damage.

If these so called Technicians know what they are doing, why did they mess up the first time? Whoever took the decision to do what was done should be held accountable for the damages now.

This is my second Nissan both bought brand new and both have given me nothing but ****. I will never buy another Nissan, I just want to get rid of this *******. You guys are *****ing from people. And liquid Capital is the worst, never ever buy a maintenance plan through them.

I want answers today, I have already sent a report to MIOSA as well, I am done with NISSAN. Unprofessional bunch of ******.

Dear Natasha,

I have asked Lisa the case Agent previously to speak to Management to which I was told that she was not allowed to let me speak to a Manager as she is dealing with this case. Lisa is a very polite lady but I feel that with the history of issues I have had with both my vehicles, I would prefer to deal with someone that has previously addressed these issues as these Managers should go back on their records with Clients. I have previously dealt with Justin and I think my husband has liaised with you. I am not interested in any more stories, I want a resolution today.

Can I please have feedback, it is already 11:35 and no-one has contacted me or wait am I supposed to initiate the call myself as usual? this is your common courtesy, wait until half of the day is over and then feed you more nonsense and no feedback since the days before.
