starter problem after a service

I brought in my Nissan navara into my nearest dealership (Nissan Heidelberg ) as my head gasket and cylinder were damaged. The dealership took 3-4weeks to get the issue fixed and once it was fixed ...upon taking possession of the car today (after having paid R 14188) my car now has a \starter"problem (which it never had ...when I took in the car)<br> <br> How do I go about getting my car in the state it was when I took it in for the service.
