Spotter Commission Not and Bad Service From Mr Paul Sales Manager Nissan Vereeniging

I have referred my boyfriend to buy a car at Nissan the Vereeniging branch. He was struggling to get help anywhere so I saw the branch and referred him to the branch via the sales person that I know his name is Moses. The deal had a spotter commission to the value of R5000 so now that the deal is successfully completed the sales manager does not want to pay out the money. He claims that My Boyfriend called and said that he wishes to use someone else as the spotter not me. So my question is who is the spotter? Who referred the client to the dealership and why is the sales manager (Mr Paul) in the personal matters of my personal relationship. The sales person has confirmed on email to him that I am the spotter but still this rude sales manager has not paid me my commission as the spotter. He is ignoring my emails. I called Nissan SA all they do is give me miss calls when i call them back they say that they will call me back until today i am not assisted my reference number for my case is ***0 Please help.
