Someone please save me.
I have an ask.
Is it possible to get a call from Nissan SA (the top) to say they will fix your car after you've fought and fought. And say they will charge you for consumables. You ask thoroughly what consumables are and how much they will cost and you are told not more than R120. (THANK GOD FOR RECOREDED CALLS). You are so excited and thankful and are asked how you are feeling now and ofcourse you are thrilled.
Excited as you are the next day you now get a call from the dealership (lower level) and they tell you something else???? Like how????? They now say you must pay a shortfall of more than R3000???? How did the Nissan SA consultant even pick up her phone to give you incorrect information before consulting with the dealership? Nissan I am emotionally drained out hle. I even cried this morning having to take my son to creche then taking a taxi to work in this rain.
Wasn't the consultant suppose to hear from the dealership first? This is emotional abuse and I'm really getting fed up now.
I thought escalating the matter from dealership level to head office would make the situation better. A response I got from Nissan SA today is that she consulted and found that the dealership quoted 3k I mean how then did you decide to call me and give me wrong info? She says she told me the price of a normal service is fixing a turbo normal service?????????? When did she realize it wasn't a normal service? Guys I'm tired and drained out now.
It's going for 3 weeks without a car and the very same R3000 they want is the same one I spent hiring a car to go bury my aunt. I spend hundreds of Rands a day using bolt to navigate my way around this life thing I cannot now.
I will keep complaining on this platform because when I ask for an address to go to I am told it's a call center. To think I was about to write a thank you review but here I am even more traumatized.
Someone please save me.
