Sold a faulty “Brand new” car that brought nothing but pain and frustration

I purchased a Nissan Magnite in February 2024, On the same day as I was driving home with a brand new car, the warning light came up on the dashboard saying to check air pollution, I called the salesman who told me to bring the car to the workshop, I was informed that the issue was sorted. 2 days later the same warning light came back, I was told to bring it again. I was informed that the sensor was replaced, and to my surprise, the warning light came back again, I was told to bring it again and it was in the workshop for 7 days. When I sent an email to Nissan South Africa, the dealer called to tell me to come and fetch the car, I was told no fault was found after the car was kept for 7 days. Now I will be stuck with a broken "brand-new car that I am paying for. The "brand-new "car is one month old but it already spent most of time at the workshop, no one cares about my issues and how I feel

Dear Pumla, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. According to the dealer they have been attempting to make arrangements for the vehicle to be tested with you without success. We will get your case manager to contact you to assist with the required arrangements. Regards Nissan S.A
