Shocking service received at Nissan The Glen
On the 9/3/2015 I took my vehicle to Nissan The Glen as the boot was not opening, the technician said it was the boot relay switch as the boot lock had already been replaced by myself on a previous occasion to remedy the situation. The part was not available and I had to leave a deposit of R1000.00 otherwise the part would not be ordered, they said it would take between 2-3 weeks. Still after the Easter weekend there was no call from the Glen so I called on the 13 April and spoke to Pat the parts and spares manager who said he would get back to me, he never did so I called on the 14 April and he said the part was there I could bring in my car on Wed or Thursday morning. Took the car in Wednesday had to ask my husband to take time off work to take us in, get a call at 12 am from Jade...sorry the part is not here! Come and fetch your car..the managers are having a meeting the next morning and Pat was not there to speak to me. Still have not had a call from the Glen, then took up the matter with Nissan SA and deal with Robin who then tells me no part has been ordered yet and that one was ordered on Tuesday 21 April and is only expected on 20 May. The part comes from SA unacceptable!
