Shocking service from a Motoring giant

<p>I have been without my 1 year old Nissan X-Trail for a month now, due to a gearbox issue. CMH Nissan Pinetown have had my vehicle for a month now and I have had not one bit of communication from them unless I phoned and discussed the problem</p> <p>I was told that they need to remove my gearbox, to see the problem. 3 days later when I called to ask them what the problem was they said the gearbox needed to be repaired, spared were on back order. </p> <p>So, I left it to them and 10 days later when I called and spoke to the staff at CMH Pinetown they just said that the spares were still on back order.</p> <p>Yes, CMH Pinetown organised me a loan car, even though it was a much smaller car, I left it for a couple more days.</p> <p>Early Last week I contacted Nissan and spoke to the workshop manager and said that I was very unhappy with the service, he then emailed Nissan SA and logged a complaint, with a Case Number ( ********** ), and the ball got dropped again.</p> <p>I contacted Nissan Customer Care on Thursday the 10 November, spoke to a gentleman who was just doing his job, but was not listening to anything I had to say. So, after 15 minutes of backwards and forwards I eventually asked to speak to one of his superiors. I was told all were in a meeting and that his direct superior would call me in the morning (Friday). well it is Wednesday the 15th and I have not heard another thing from Nissan, Customer care or CMH Pinetown.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really did expect more from a company like this. I am completely dissatisfied and very anti NISSAN.</p> <p> All my friends and family have been warned against NISSAN.</p>
