Service department Tokai

04/07/2024 I experience an unfair treatment wrt drop off services. I don't know if it's about what surname you have or whatever the reasons Nissan have. If they can answer for themselves.

I called to book for my first car service it Tokai Capetown. The lady who was assisting mentioned that the drop off are 10km or less. I wanted to be dropped at Simon's town. Which is more than 10km from Tokai. I ended up negotiating to be dropped at Fishoek at least so I can use a taxi from there. While I was waiting for my driver, I learnt that one lady was going to as far as Observatory. I goggled the distance which was about 14.5km, similar km like Simon's town. I then checked distance to Fishoek it was 8.7km whereas the lady said to me it was 12km so basically they were doing me a favour that I had to begg for. I raised this concern with the driver but the public should know so they don't have to suffer the same fate as me. I had to use Uber from Fishoek. Although the driver was willing to take me to Simon's Town if I had my uniform and belongings for work with me. Please treat your customers fairly and equal regardless. It is unpleasant at this day and age to see such behavior.
