Service apaling

I need assistance with my navara that is making a BAD noise.neither nissan empangeni nor nissan south africa have any intention in assisting me a lady calling for assistance. Nissan advertise they're there 365 days day night to assist their valued clients..well sorry that not the case.i am alone. We stated we will pay all call out fees etc..in this day and age a woman alone can't even rely on the so called service provider of vehicle she drives..
