RUST!!!!
My Nissan Livina is 5 years old, I have had it for 3. it has been discovered that it is starting to rust on the roof and the gloss on my bonnet has turned matt?<br> my car is parked underground 80% of the time!<br> this is unacceptable and I need this matter addressed urgently.

well 5 years on, after Nissan kindly sorted the above mentioned in my complaint, it is occurring again! during the above incident inquiry, Nissan looked back on their records only to find that a Nissan employee was using my vehicle and was in an accident. damage was fixed by a non authorised Nissan supplier. now again when approached with the same as above just other areas, the new team cannot find this info and have thrown out my appeal!
As I said and remain firm in my statement even more so, Nissan has a serious case of non disclosure here which is rearing its ugly head and now will NOT assist because of time lapse! on top of it, the valuable information that the manager at the time managed to find and honestly disclosed to me, has now suddenly disappeared!
this matter needs to be investigated thoroughly and this non disclosure when purchasing a vehicle act, will definitely not go down without a fight!
