********** on Value and installments

I bought a datsun 1.2 go at bb used polokwane on the 15 March 2016 as it was advertised for a monthly installment of around R1300 for 52 month and less if period extended to 60 and 72 months.I find this to be very unfair and leads to false advertising which is against cpa and dealings like these must not be allowed as it disadvantages elderly citizens. I really loved this car as it was meant to be a present for my wife but now it feels like torture. Please address it for us as the sales person does not care anymore since he completed the transaction.
