Request for Assistance with Nissan SA Case Reference 0***

I am writing to formally request your assistance with an ongoing issue concerning my vehicle, which is currently under warranty. The case was logged on December 17, 2024, at the CBS Nissan Dealership with the intention that the service department would facilitate the process of an in-warranty repair. Despite numerous follow-ups and a request for an email update on the issue, I have not received any feedback from either Nissan South Africa or the dealership. The issue has been escalated by Nissan South Africa, but I have still not received any formal or proper feedback as a client. I have contacted the dealership as follows:

• The Dealership (CBS Mossel Bay/WC) - ***

• 18/12/2024: Service representatives indicated that the service manager must facilitate the process for the in-warranty claim and provide feedback. Followed up Multiple time till end of December 2024 as the dealer ship was open throughout the season except for public holidays. • 03/01/2025: Followed up with the service representative, who spoke with the service manager while having me on the line. The service manager clearly indicated he is busy and does not have time to talk to me and will call me back later that day. • Contacted the Dealer principal on the same day after the negative response from the service manager, who was out of office at the time. The PA indicated that he would call me back the very same day. • Contacted Nissan SA with the request to assist and resolve the issue of the oil leak.

I have made other calls from my landline in the interim, which should be recorded by Nissan SA, of which I unfortunately do not have a record. The matter has been escalated by Nissan SA, and three attempts with promises from the escalation contact to date have resolved nothing. I have received nothing in writing or even a call back as agreed. I have been blatantly **** to with no apology. I have no way of knowing the potential negative effects or risk of further damage to my vehicle. I am still waiting for a response from Nissan SA or the dealership in this regard. Since 03/01/25 I was unsuccessful with obtaining formal feedback or anything in writing from either the Nissan Mossel Bay/WC dealership or Nissan SA.

I have submitted a formal complaint with MIOSA on 20/01/25 which I have communicated and provided a copy of to Nissan SA via email. Still no response from Nissan SA.

Any assistance to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.
