regretful discission

I have enough with Nissan SA. Making a deal with them was one the decision I will leave to regret.

I bought vehicle with them in 2023 June. A Magnite which has been giving me problems from when I had it. It's always in for repairs almost every 4-6 months. The inconvenience I have suffered is unspeakable.

The car is exactly at 21000km odometer reading. It's been with Nissan for repairs a gazillion time already.

I have matter that I need to attend at that I cannot miss today. I made Tebogo from customer services Nissan South Africa, their sales customer service at office on Monday 15th September about my trip. He promised to organize a pull car as courtesy to aid me in their inconvenience. I reminded him on Wednesday and he promised to draft a report and have the car delivered from the nearest dealership in Queenstown. The very same dealership that handled the issue with unending issues of the vehicle in the past two years.

Today I am stranded, unable to attend to my family matters because of a faulty car I was sold by Nissan. I am stranded because if lies and their stuff that will not keep their end of the deal.

I could have had the pull car today and happily driving home or even better my own car if they were helpful and a convenient car dealership that cares.

I am very angry and regretful of doing business with Nissan.
